Debra LeBlanc is the co-founder of i2L Consulting Inc, based in Houston TX. i2L focuses on small businesses and non-profit organizations to help foster continued growth in accordance with their mission and vision.
Prior to i2L Consulting, Debra led Emerging Partner Programs for BMC Software, Inc. Debra’s team identified and vetted new partners, led contract negotiations, and brought partners onboard to the BMC ecosystem.
Prior to BMC, Debra was Vice President of the Americas Channel Sales & Operations team at Hewlett Packard Co. Her team was responsible for supporting the offer to cash processes for channel partners in the US, Canada, Caribbean, Central, and South American countries. Debra has also held consulting positions at Grant Thornton and Fisher Scientific, concentrating on customer-to-cash initiatives for enterprise and government accounts. She has experience in a variety of functions including Lean Six Sigma process improvement, strategic planning, software solutions, product management, major account sales support, marketing and communications, eCommerce, and route-to-market operations.
Debra is active in higher education, entrepreneurship initiatives, and professional mentoring. She received the Association for Women in Computing’s Top Women in Technology - Houston Award in 2008. She is a former Alumni Board member of Chatham University and was recently a Board Member for the Houston Community College Foundation. She currently serves as President for Friends of Camp Mary White, a non-profit which provides girls and women rustic outdoor experiences which foster confidence, independence, and leadership.
Cindy Kiemsteadt is the co-founder of i2L Consulting Inc's non-profit practice. i2L is a small consulting services firm designed to help non-profits and small business in the US solve their critical business needs at reasonable rates with clear and specific deliverables.
Prior to joining i2L Consulting, Cindy relaunched the Channel Partner Program at CS DISCO growing channel revenue by 84% YOY in 2016. Cindy was responsible for regaining trust and building loyalty with the Top 15 Revenue producing partners, which included customer sales visits, training, and communications.
Prior to CS DISCO, Cindy was Executive Director of ESG North America Product Management at Dell. Her team was responsible for regional product management including business management, product lifecycle management, pricing, and demand planning across all go-to-market models including direct, indirect and segment. Cindy also held a number of executive positions at Hewlett Packard driving business transformation and planning activities to fuel growth and profitability. She also has experience in a variety of functions for SMB and Enterprise sectors including email marketing, personalized marketing, project management, sales operations, and eCommerce solutions.
Cindy is active in non-profit volunteering and entrepreneurial endeavors. She received the Association for Women in Computing’s Top Women in Technology - Houston Award in 2004. She is an active volunteer at ROCK, Ride on Center for Kids and Veterans, a former volunteer at Houston Ground Angels and is a past President of the Bellville Chamber of Commerce.
